“Friendly, kind, professional, helpful, genuine, honest, caring, knowledgeable, understanding, and respectful. These are the words I would use to describe the people I have worked with at this Citizens Bank branch. I usually do most of my banking online or occasionally with the ATM, but my mom passed away in 2021. I had to go inside of the bank multiple times to work with the staff to help handle business for her estate. I specifically remember working with Brad and Shaina most recently, but I worked with someone else as well. Everyone was very helpful, and was always able to come up with a solution for whatever I was dealing with. They always focused more on what they could do than what they couldn't do. I remember starting my account with Citizens (formerly Charter One) back in 2006 when I got back in town from college, simply because the branch was close to work and home, and for no other reason. When I work with the staff at this branch, however, I'm reminded time and time again that I made the right decision. Thanks again, everyone, for your kindness and professionalism.”
