The bank manager Kim is super attentive and knows customers by name. That speaks volumes. Yes the lines get long but ppl need to realize that places are cutting down and can’t hire that many staff. Learn to get direct deposit, deposit Cheques on your phone and use atm. Your life would be easier”

“I visit this bank often, & kept an account here for many years. (They will assist you setting one up) Sometimes it can get a little packed on certain days & times, as people flood in to deposit their checks. The line will fill & they only have 2 bank tellers to help everyone, so might have to wait in line for about 20mins. They have new self-help ATMs you could use, but a lot of people are uninformed on how to do so. I dont like the $12 monthly fee you're charged if you dont direct deposit into your account! This branch seems understaffed & also no security around, just cameras around the vault. All in all, its ok. ????”
