“First office is probably gonna be a bit of an odd review. I ordered my mobile order and got there And 20 minutes later fearing that my drinks would be cold. However, they had not even started. They were extraordinarily busy and understaffed for this moment. However it was an unbelievably pleasant atmosphere and it all started with one of their employees named Sarah. She was just awesome every time she finished order she called out the name, made eye contact, and talk to them for a second while she made another drink. This was so far out of the norm for my Starbucks experiences that I just noted how all of the people in the place were telling her that she was doing a good job and they appreciated her working hard because she was so friendly and full of common sense. Do you often walk in a Starbucks and they’re behind and they don’t want to make rude contact and they don’t want to talk to anyone but she made every single person feel human as she produced the orders. They also had another person who came in and said, hey you look like you’ve been waiting a long time what’s your name again let me check on your order. The biggest thing I wanna say is that this place must have an incredible manager. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was Sarah. But this might be my best Starbucks experience ever and I had to wait 10 minutes to get my food after placing mobile order. I would also say that Sarah had an affect on the guests. They were talking and interacting in a positive way. Just phenomenal. If Sarah ever need a job, contact me!”

“We want to say thank you sooooo much! Two the two gentlemen that worked the overnight shift on 8/26! We can not remember their names. The McDonalds on Ellsworth and Apache Trail had a Gas Leak. We had already paid and had been waiting for our food, for about 30 minutes, when we were told to come back at a later time, due to the gas leak. Two hours later, we called and we were told that they would be up and running in 15 to 20 minutes, we then drove back and the drive through was closed, we called again being right outside the building, and our call got ignored. We understand that they had a gas leak and it is something very serious and important, but at least we felt that they could of answered to let us know that we should come back the next morning or that they needed more time because it was something that wasn't going to be fixed at a fast pace. In the other hand the two gentlemen that work at this McDonalds(Signal Butte & 60) we're absolutely incredible their customer service was on point 👌 they helped us with our issue and they honored our order by making our food that we had originally ordered on Ellsworth and Apache Trail. They went above and beyond for us, and we are truly appreciative of them for honoring our order. We are bummed that we can not remember the name, of one of them that really knocked it out of the park. He updated our drinks, dropped in some fresh pies and added a few cookies to our order. If we were to be able to give more then five stars we would absolutely do it. This will from now on be our go to McDonald's. Again please take notice that the service they provided really showed that they care for their customers. Please please ask around your employees so you can know who this was, they honestly deserve a raise or a form of appreciation. We value and appreciate your hard work. Thank you guys so much!!!”

After a quick chat with the waitress we placed our orders and sat down for a short wait. The glorious burger that they served was delightful. Cooked perfectly - juicy with some crispy edge bits. Everything was seasoned well and the layers of flavors were a wonderful surprise. I am not a fan of truffles at all but loved this burger - balsamic onions, truffle oil, brie, and arugula. The restrooms are lit with a blue light, the light alone makes it difficult to see. What are y'all hiding? Should I be concerned? The women's restroom, Whew is dangerous! To open the door on the 1st stall you have to place your foot on the wall of the other stall while pushing the door back through the entrance. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen”

The business was very clean. The lemon bar and strawberry lemon drink was accurate and delicious, although maybe a little over blended in regards to being a frozen drink. The art show made it probably a little louder and slower than their typical experience so overall a great experience. I will return.”
