“I recently enjoyed a return visit to Cafe Dejena with a friend after morning Mass across the street at Sacred Heart Church. As usual the eatery was inviting - it was clean and tidy and sparkled in the morning sun. The glass shelves were filled with all kinds of yummy baked goods that helped to whet the appetite. But my mind and tummy had already settled pancakes and bacon which arrived piping hot very soon after I had placed the order. The pancakes were just the way I liked them fluffy and covered with butter and I found the syrup just as enjoyable with just the right amount of maple sweetness. The bacon was flavorful, though the slices were rather thin for my taste buds. Nevertheless I washed it all down with a robust cup of coffee. In addition to such American food classics this place is known for its eastern African fare, which I will leave others to comment on.”

“Decided to find a Coffee shop in Centerburg today. It showed three and this was the only one open past 5pm. Which is great because more coffee shops need later hours. Nice location a bit confusing if you have never went to this location. They are located in the rear of the building. They are behind The Table Rock Golf Course main Entrance. Or the first parking lot before the main Entrance. If you have trouble figuring it out just call they will help you. Went at about 6 pm. It has lovely views while you are there. The girl who helped me was super nice and made excellent drinks. I suggest you try the brown sugar espresso. It was delicious. I see them having a good following in the future with a bit more advertising. They have a nice location and lovely place. My only negative thing to say was the seating all around was not comfy. Alot of coffee shops get caught up buying neat looking furniture but it is never comfy. Some simple sofas or love seats and tables that folks can do work on or draw or do homework on would be a great additive. Not saying in a negative way just a suggestion from someone who has ran coffee shops and been to hundreds. I see them having a good future. I would suggest going hopefully they might add outdoor seating also since it is such a beautiful area.”

“Okay, first off- if you haven't visited Utopia you 100% should. All around great place- clean, friendly, knowledgeable service, and most importantly the coffee is probably the best I've ever had. If you're not sure what to order, just ask- they asked me all the right questions to figure out the perfect drink for me.. and if you're too shy or busy to do that just try the Coffee Miel. It's one of their more popular drinks and is a perfect blend of coffee flavor with the just the right amount of sweetness- anymore and it might be too sweet, any less and it might taste too strong. It's made with light hints of honey and cinnamon and I'm telling you- it's to die for. My new go-to hot coffee drink for sure. They're also welcoming for a place to sit and talk or get some work done. Don't go to Starbucks or Caribou, when you could come here. They're a small coffee shop and after talking with the owner I was moved by their work ethic. They were hit hard by the pandemic and subsequently all work regular jobs to keep this place going. It would mean a lot if you came here and spent a few dollars. Just look at the reviews- your money will go well spent.”
