“Local chain's quirky drive up location. If you live in West end this is the closest and fastest place for coffee. Walk up/drive up only with no seating so don't think you're sticking around. If you want a hang out with the same coffee they have another location on Vets that does have seating and wifi that's pretty close. The frozen pucchino is like a frapuccino and a vanilla frosty had an amazing child but super sweet. Otherwise they have all the basics and are proficient if not inspired baristas.”

“Stopped by around opening on a Saturday with my boyfriend. This was our first time trying this boba store. The owner lady is very nice. I asked if I can adjust sugar since I don't like my drinks very sweet; she took the time to show me the cup sizes they use to add sugar. My gosh, I was shocked at the amount that's typically added! Diabetes in a boba cup. She allowed me to use half of a different smaller cup for sweetness. My blended iced taro milk tea turned out delicious and just right. My boyfriend got a mangonada and one of the mangoes in their display. It was okay. Other than that, the place looks a bit run down inside and and shady looking on the outside. They don't list their prices too so we didn't know what anything costs. For two drinks and one mango, it came to a little over $20. That's steep. That's like the price of the drinks/snacks at that bougie boba store in Sacramento called Bober. At least that one had a unicorn for me to ride on. Eh, not sure I'll return.”

I come in all the time to get a water and When I go on I rave over it because it’s the freshest most amazing water I ever had ever n my life(they say it’s triple filtered) They always greet me with a smile when I ask for it. And we banter and talk about life for a minute or 2. Well I made getting this water such a habit that now everytime one of the workere sees me outside they just bring me one because they saw me and they know I love it!! Do u know what that means to me after a long day at work just sitting outside waiting to leave and have a water handed to me with a smile from a worker just cause they saw me and knew I liked it..it means a lot!! The barista is steaming up hot and iced coffees as well as pouring some craft cocktails, your choice. An open window to the kitchen gives a fresh feel to the lite bites they offer. There are a handful Of prepped snacks ready to go as well as a pastry selection. We settled into an outside patio table, ordered a beautiful smoked salmon toast and an almond croissant. The latter was a recommendation from the server, and it was as decadent as she said it would be! We spent a few hours here chatting and dreaming about life, and never felt rushed. The staff was friendly and around to help keep our table tidy, always with a smile. The marketplace is filled with local small treats, from smudge sticks and candles to art and wine. I had to tell myself no a few times to avoid spending my paycheck on a basket full of goodies. This would be a great place to pick up a last minute hostess gift! There are quite a few local and speciality snacks too, think charcuterie board extras! At the end of the day, they have to have good coffee, since that is a main draw of this space. And they do. Confirmed I will be back ;) Pro Tip: as your server to warm up your almond croissant, that ooey-gooey center is just that much better that way!”

“I took my daughter out for breakfast today to a cute little hidden gem called The Periwinkle cafe What a delicious meal! Everything was cooked perfectly, well seasoned with very generous portions. I’ll list our orders below: - Periwinkle special: Two eggs (any style), choice of 3 meats, home Fries or baked beans, choice of toast & 1 pancake or one slice of French toast I got my eggs over easy, grilled English muffin, home fries, a pancake, double bacon and grilled Portuguese chourico. Everything was very tasty! Loved how crispy/crunchy both the English muffin and bacon were. But the standouts were definitely the chourico and the home fries. Both were fantastic.. great flavor and the home fries are cooked with caramelized onions (which I love!) -Smoked Salmon Benedict :English muffin topped with two poached eggs, smoked salmon & hollandaise sauce (comes with home fries, beans or fresh fruit on the side) . My daughter said this was amazingly delicious! Perfectly poached eggs, creamy buttery hollandaise, grilled English muffins, salmon was tender with a nice Smokey flavor.. paired beautifully with the rest of the dish. The decor is nautical themed.. there are a bunch of little tables and a long bench (with pillows) along the front wall. Cute, clean and cozy.. little hand written signs throughout, with one listing their muffins of the day. (I believe todays offerings were corn, blueberry and chocolate chip). Waitress was super friendly and attentive. I have to make a special mention of the prices.. it is such a good deal! Everything we got (including coffee) it all only came to 25 dollars total (that’s with tax too!).. given the portion sizes and quality of food, that’s an insane bargain. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!”
