“Love this place, I ducked in for a dark roast coffee. It was excellent. They offer espressos in all kinds of flavors, drip coffee, or iced coffees. Plus, they have sodas, lemonades and sparkling water blends galore to choose from (example: Skinny Babe soda is diet coke, sugar free coconut, and lime). They have organic, fair trade tea and coffee and their website says they work with local dairy suppliers and bakeries so you have the option for baked goods, acai bowls, shakes, lemonades, coffee freezers of various flavors, and more. The menu has so many choices you might want to check the website and order online so you can skip the line! The shop has an open concept and a restaurant glass overhead garage door that they open to the patio, which provides a great way to merge the indoor and outdoor dining experience into one.”

“This is my first time here. Had the Mediterranean sandwich. It was amazing. It had the perfect amount of pesto and feta cheese. It was a hot afternoon so I opted for the unsweetened tea. Overall a great experience. The place was clean and bright; the staff was really nice.”

“I am an Air Force veteran. The Reginal Office helps veteran to see if they qualify for a pension, has attorneys to see if you need to to quality and has a Vocational Rehabilitation office if you have 10% Pensions. Due to the Covid-19 Coronavirus Pandemic and the Delta/Omegron Variant to go to Reginal you must have been certified to go to Bay Pines Veterans Administration in the first place and must have an appointment through the VA site or the police won't let you in. To go to The Voc Rehab they work over the phone and only will see you in person when your counselor in your college calls them to refer you and you have done an application first. They had a canteen on the second floor but due to Covid it is closed. Room 222 is where the police goes with you to certify and to talk to Voc Rehab over the phone. I have only been to the second floor and no other floors. They check your property on you and everything in your pockets go through a x-ray machine. Then you walk through a machine that will buzz if they sense anything metal and if it does the police will wand you so never bring anything that is metal like a knife etc. If you have a walker and it will the buzzer will go off the police will check your pouch and return your property and everything in your pockets as well as your VA identification card or any ID like your driver's license or Passport or Identification card as they require it when you enter The facility. They do assist those in wheelchairs as the metal in the wheelchair will cause the buzzer to buzz. Let them know if you have any metal enplants in your body because they will cause the buzzer to buzz too. They are very serious about nothing metal not even a nail filer as they confiscate it. If you do anything Illegal there like bringing in a weapon you will be arrested and find yourselves in jail. I do love Bay Pines Veterans Administration and Alice in 222 in Regional did her best to help me and she loved my late little Chihuahua service animal dog Chi-Chi Rodriguez who graduated to the Rainbow Bridge and has his Angel Dog Wings who is waiting for God to call me to Heaven so he and I can go to Heaven together.”

“Healthy and delicious shakes, teas, waffles and donuts. Friendly and courteous service as the owners are kind people who take pride in their craft. Not expensive and truly delicious shakes and food! Love the variety and it tastes amazing without the chalky or nasty aftertaste that some healthy shakes can have. You don’t feel like you’re missing anything with these amazing tasting shakes.”

“Even though I'm a regular I just had to leave another review. Stopped in for my favorite cafe mocha (and BTW, Starbucks can't even come close to the quality of Just Love Coffee , best coffee ☕😊) Didn't didn't have time to sit down and enjoy the incredible avocado toast I normally get. Owner recommended the sausage egg and cheese biscuit instead and he never steers me wrong. I needed something on the go that I could just eat with one hand and .... oh my goodness!! Tasty sausage, egg and cheese pressed inside a waffle biscuit. Brilliant! It was so delicious and the perfect quick bite on a Saturday morning when you're off running errands. Highly recommend. This place has never disappointed us.”

“We heard about this place from a friend so took advantage of a day off to enjoy a breakfast there. The biggest challenge was trying to decide what to have as everything on the menu looked delicious. Most of us enjoyed breakfast treats while the fourth had a lunch option. We all really enjoyed our food and the coffee and hot chocolate got rave reviews. Before we left we decided to grab some bakery treats to go and while in line a gentleman behind me was making suggestions about his favorites and telling me that he stops by every single Friday to enjoy a lunch there. Great staff great service and great food. Looking forward to more opportunities to go there.”

“Dr Niederee listens to every word I say about my health issues. He has been treating me and my wife for 25 years. Done several skin cancer surgeries for me. He has gone out of his way to treat even my grandsons while they were in town visiting on very short notice. I have nothing but good things to say about his diagnostics and bed side manner.”

“I was buying cookies and wanted the banana pudding cookie specifically when I started talking to Arlene. When I say she was genuinely nice and started to tell me her favorites so I can choose from it was like I known her forever because we were talking about other things as well. Her energy was so endearing and very welcoming. I did not realize she was the owner and I must say the other cookies she recommended were a big hit among me and my friends!! You can tell she makes the cookies with so much love. I just love how she loves what she does!!”

“Small pizza restaurant with fresh semi-locally brewed beer menu. Pizza was great and the beer menu rotates regularly. Nice place to take a date or even the family. Oh, almost forgot, they have amazing homemade cream soda's and a nice little coffee bar. Definitely worth the visit. You won't be disappointed.”
