“The only reason why I haven't rated this 4 stars is because of our order of their souffle pancakes. The pictures seemed really appetizing, so we decided to order one. We were warned that it would take 20 minutes which was understandable, but we ended up waiting for almost an hour. I'm pretty sure it was because they forgot about us, because I had to stop an employee from cleaning up my unused utensils because she thought we already ate our meal. When the pancake arrived, it really put a smile on everyone's faces because the appearance was absolute perfection. Definitely picture worthy for all social media. The taste itself was decent, but my parents said the texture tasted as if they rushed to make it and wasn't very satisfying in that aspect. I'll probably give their other flavors a second chance, but I hope the texture and timing would be up to par with their flavors next time.”

“I was just in there and what a wonderful team of people behind the counter. The woman in front of me in line was rude, had zero control over her child who was touching everything and had no mask on despite being clearly old enough to wear one, and yelled across the establishment in an effort to embarrass the staff. They handled it calmly and with grace and even thanked me for my patience which was not necessary but above and beyond. It broke my heart to see someone treat the employees in the way she did, but they were wonderful and got all of us our drinks quickly and kindly. Made me a regular customer.”

“You must try this place if you're in the Echo Lake area. I was out there doing deliveries and desperately needed caffeine and that's when I spotted this place. So happy I stopped there! The ladies were super nice, great customer service, even provided treats for my puppy while we waited. Unfortunately, they do not have frapps which is what I was craving on this hot morning. But the owner suggested a really awesome creation of hers called "payday". I love those candy bars so I was immediately all about it. I had it iced and made with half and half. I immediately lit up after a sip! It is so yummy! Now I'm full of energy and this drink brought some happiness into my morning. Thank you so much ladies! I'll be back next time I'm up there. I'll try any concoction you make with peanut butter, it's my jam!”
