“My husband and I traveled to Staten Island today to pick up our ordered Tres leches cake and have lunch at this new Zphilippine eatery. The lively duo, Ellen San Miguel and Zkats Alvir are doing wonderful work servicing people who live Filipino food. The menu includes a variety of breakfast meals called diologsn as in tapsilog, longsilog, . We thoroughly enjoyed our “diligence” I had dsingsilog and my husband had karnelog ((corned beef, two fried eggs and fried rice with sides of mango salad and our cousin Bombiy’s famous at char (papaya pickled with pepper and onions in relish Filipino vinegar. We were happy contented munchers. Charmingly genetous, we were given a slice of Brazil’s de Mefcedes and Silva (frozen cake delicacies) wow na wow. Yes we’ll come again, with ftiends!!!!”

The counter person wasn't specific when we asked what happened, but gave us 2 gift cards with our order to make up for the wait. A pleasant surprise. Top marks for her. They request your name, but then when handing it out, they yell the drink name out & that's not even loud enough to hear, & they'll just leave it on the counter without returning to it. Only 1 employee is trying to service with multiple task, one is just slow, another is always intensely putting or moving product up (looking busy) & has an attitude with her co-workers. & another floats around. Edit part -> staff has changed & so has the atmosphere & my drink is usually ready in no more than 4 minutes. Thanks”

“Wow, if I were a regular coffee goer, and wanted a place to hang out, this place is where I would go. The specialties are amazing, we tried the Marilyn Monroe and Brad Pitt. I liked the Monroe over Pitt personally but it’s very unique, tasty coffee. The atmosphere is down to Earth. I feel like it gives an Asheville vibe. The music while I was there was 90’s alt/grudge which fits the atmosphere. Give this place a try for the coffee, and the atmosphere! I love this place. Wish I knew about this place earlier and makes me wish I attended UNCG for college. Good feelings all around.”

“Now this place is a hidden gem in South Austin! If you like a variety of Cajun food then this is the spot for you. I had the Cajun style drum with a cream white wine sauce that was delicious! The gumbo is spot on too. The place is pretty festive with a nice south Austin vibe. All in all an excellent place. They also have gator bites and frog legs for those that are a little more adventurous.”
