Barrista was nice, but the it took a little time to get served, even though the Cafe was empty. We just got drinks which were good. Once we were served the order was completed quickly. This site has a Pick-Up window at the front patio.”

“We stopped in for breakfast and were greeted with the kindest, coolest, friendliest owners. We had the bacon egg burrito and the biscuits and sausage gravy. It was perfect. The B&Gs were really delicious and very filling. Super reasonable price. The environment is top notch with great Oklahoma artist’s work on display and some of the best tables and woodwork I’ve seen in a small place. Just wonderful. Highly recommended. Oh and we left with cinnamon rolls and brownies for the road.”

“This used to be the old Enzo's location and my oh my, how much has changed. It doesn't even feel like the same space. One thing that always bugged me about the sit up (or sit in) counter was that the wall was too high. If you sit at the counter, you're basically staring at a wall. Consider add some small LCD screens? Or maybe the menu? Just a thought... Love the brightly colored menu with photos that makes selection far easier. We have only ordered the boba teas from here, which are excellent but I intend to try the food as well. They have everything from Tempura Shrimp to Crispy Tofu. I see a few rice bowls and noodle soup options as well.”

“Excellent coffee. It was highly recommended and I know why. Good roast and taste to my cold brew. Had a taste of an espresso and it was MUCH better than the "trendy chain place that likes creepy fish women" espresso. I had a Lofty-Style Nola cold brew and and it was a good coffee flavor and was very very good. I also had the Organic Acai Bowl and all the ingredients were fresh and the bowl was worth getting. My group had a variety of their other coffees and everyone had positive feed back. The french toast was not something I bought, but a friend in the group did and they wouldn't shut up about it...seriously. 😉 Come in with expectations of good coffee and good food and you will leave happy. Value for the cost. Cheap is cheap but good is worth what it costs and this place is the latter.”

Nevertheless they can make you fresh smoothies and sandwiches as well as take some of the items that are packaged for to go and heat them up for you. The food is very healthy and it's all plant-based so thumbs up on that. I believe you can get a package of meals for the week here and if I lived nearby I probably take advantage of that. Don't come here and expect a restaurant like experience, but if you just want some healthy vegan food this is your place. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area. I tried the chicken (pollo con papas y chili) and the corn tamale (elote). I was surprised to find out my chicken tamale was also stuffed with potatoes and green chilies since they simply tell you it's a pollo tamale. That was such an awesome deal! They were 2/$5 and they were available pretty early in the morning, I think around 10 am. The masa (flour) was beautifully well-done. Soft and moist on the inside while maintaining a firm texture. Salted perfectly. Chicken had awesome flavor. Potatoes were firm and the way they were cooked matched the texture of the chicken and chilies delightfully. I haven't tried the other offerings at Continental but I would gladly go back. The ladies behind the counter were so very kind to the customers, too! I loved it and hope to return soon.”

The coffee and specialty drinks are great, and I personally appreciate that they offer so many sugar-free syrup options. I haven't personally tried any food or pastries, but I purchased a glazed donut during my last visit for a coworker and they were very pleased with the donut! Their prices are so much better than all their competitors as well. I purchased a large black coffee, a medium iced coffee with oat milk and three different syrups, a holiday flavor latte and a glazed donut for $12 and change. That would cost well over $20 at other places.”
