“So far pretty good experiences. I got called from putting my old car on Kelly Blue Book online providing my information. They had exactly what I was looking for and immediately went up to test drive. I didn't actually have the car I was looking to trade, but they were still willing to start the sale, which was completed the very next day. It was a really quick easy buying process. I added window tint and rust coat proofing to my purchase and upon dropping my car off, I was provided with a very nice 2021 Tacoma as a loaner, which I almost liked better than my Camry TRD! When I picked my Camry up the next day, the window tint looked great but I didn't get a strip across the top front like I hoped. In setting up the window tint, it was just passed along from my car salesman, to maybe someone in service who then set it up with a local tint company. He just asked, what percent all the way around. I think had I went to a tint company myself, it would have been a bit more personable service and to my exact specification. I also don't know who did the tint, so hopefully if something bubbles, scratches or peels down the road, Summit will make it right. Aside the window tint, the rust coating left my car pretty messy. They didn't seem to take much care or time in a detail cleaning before giving me the keys. I had to ask someone to come take a look and then they took another 30 minutes to fix it. I appreciate them fixing, but still. I plan on taking my new car there for all services to maintain the warranty, but service didn't seem to be to helpful or personable. I ask a question and I'm told that I need to see my sales person, who has been hit or miss when I've stopped in. If I'm expected or going to be new repeat customer for retaining, I would expect them to be a little more clear and helpful in directing me to who and where I need to go for future service requests/questions. Retaining that relationship could be the difference of my next purchase down the road.”

“I recently bought a Camaro from Aaron in sales and never once stepped foot in the dealership. Luckily I found a hard to obtain vehicle that had just been delivered to the dealer. I will begin by saying the communication and customer service skills of the staff here made buying a car from over 600 miles away as painless as buying a car can be! I dialed, Aaron pleasantly greeted me and checked on the availability of the car. When we found it was available Aaron immediately helped me reserve the car for myself. The best part was their ability to put my mind at ease without being able to pickup the car immediately. Aaron made sure the car never set outside and gave me my own bay in what looked like a shop for my car to live. Additionally, I was sent photos multiple times per week to let me know my car was safe and sound. There were all kinds of complications with my auto shipping contractor but Laria and Aaron were more than accommodating and kept my car indoors, within a temperature controlled room away from the public. Aaron and Laria were extremely responsive and I felt like always had a dedicated line of communication to reach them. “I bought my first travel trailer from Larry @ C&L RV Center . His no pressure, feel free to take a look at everything & ask me any questions demeanor was just what I needed. Never having been in a travel trailer , I had no idea how anything worked & since I would be 4 season camping with kids, it was important that I make the right choice & Larry took the time to explain why some rv’s are better than others for this. They also hook your rv / trailer up & give you what I would call RV 101 class. I didn’t have a truck big enough to pull that trailer ( something to consider when buying ) , they offered delivery & set up. Our 4 season trailer was put to the test during a a string of days where snow was heavy & temps plunged below freezing. Our rv did its job in keeping us all warm & cozy while watching the snow fall outside. All the folks @ C & L RV Center are friendly. They have a store on site so you can buy what ever you may want & can order what they may not have on hand & have it quickly available. They do on site repairs & will offer great advice on anything from purchasing to how to repairs free of charge. Larry left his cell number so I could call at anytime with questions & I have called him receiving a happy greeting every time. Larry has become a great friend / family member. I would highly recommend C&L RV Center in Muskogee. All the big town options with local, knowledgeable & incredibly friendly people !”
