He had the car detailed prior to my arrival and had it all ready to go and view. (Mind you I drove 5 hours one way to buy this car) he was detailed when telling us about the car even including that the rear plastic tire well had a small scratch in it. George had a new part for it shipped to my house free of charge and without me asking. He also programmed and gave me a second key free of charge. He offered to pick me up from the airport if I chose to fly.(although I ultimately chose to drive) he even sat in the car with me and answered questions, helped me set things up inside and answered any and all of my tech questions about the car.
