“I wrecked my vehicle and was told by the insurance company on March 28th it was totaled and what they would offer me for the vehicle. I stopped into Franklin Motors because they had a vehicle facing the street I wanted to ask about and told them my story. They looked up my vehicle, told me what would be a fair settlement from the insurance company and allowed me to test drive their vehicle. It drove great but because I had two dogs with me, they suggested I look at SUV’s. I drove a few they had but none felt comfortable to me. They then suggested I try a Lexus RX350. They didn’t have one on the lot at the time but promised to find me one and they did! It took about two weeks and I am now the proud owner of a new to me, drives wonderfully, fits my lifestyle SUV. I did not feel pressured to spend money on extras, was treated with respect, and experienced only minimal (and very polite) salesmanship, and was able to negotiate a price I was happy with that felt fair. I ultimately purchased the car I test drove, and am still very happy with it 8 months later. My only complaint is that the salesperson I worked with told me he could probably drop off the car at my workplace on a particular day, and then was unable to because (surprise?) it was his day off. He didn't arrange for anyone else to either, so I wound up having to go pick it up. Not the end of the world, but a little frustrating. However, I would still go back the next time I need to buy a car, and overall was happy with the experience.”

I have also had the opportunity to deal with their service department. Sometimes for general service (oil changes, etc) and a couple warranty issues. I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating they were. At one point I had to interact with there service manager, Jim Alminda, and he was fantastic! He was up front and honest, did what he said he would do and offered great communication. All in all, a very positive experience across the board with their dealership. I would definitely recommend!”
