“When our 10 week old 2022 Toyota RAV4 hybrid was deemed a total loss by insurance following a multi-car collision, we turned to TJ Hirsch for support in challenging the ACV appraisal. Matt delivered well beyond our hopes. Whereas our insurance had proposed a value ~10K under our original BOS based on an assumed depreciation (standard rubbish tactic by insurance), Matt negotiated on our behalf to reflect current market conditions, which actually demonstrated an *appreciation* of the vehicle value. This is seriously unheard of and had us totally stoked to receive an updated ACV several thousand above our original purchase price. “Back in the end of February my husband and i purchased our fifth wheel from Sunset RV. We meet some of the employees when we did our walk through and had some minor repair work done. We met Benny and Danny, who were awesome. Nate, the service manager, was ok but he never returned calls and when i would talk to him he would say he would send Danny out to work on something, but never would. So when my husband and I had a blow out on our fifth wheel we brought it here to Sunset to be repaired. Now that they have two new Managers, Carl, the GM and Corey, the service manager, this service department was great. All of the employees followed through on what they said, they were NEVER rude to us and they were extremely helpful. I wish all companies had such a wonderful set of employees to work with.
