“I am very picky about my vehicles and service so I am not sure where the 2 or 3 negative reviews come from but I have been dealing with Reineke which use to be Dukes for 30 years and there is a reason for that. Have I always been happy with everything? NO! But I can tell you that for all those years Brian Dukes has been extraordinary! Any time I have had an issue they have addressed it. Not always perfect but they go out of their way to make you happy. They are a small town dealership with a family feel to it. Not some fancy multimillion dollar facility. They did not have the truck I wanted but found one for me. They drove north of Detroit to get it for me and said I was not obligated to take it if I was not satisfied. NOW THAT IS SERVICE! They don't have a huge local inventory but will do their best to get you what you want. Having other dealerships to work with I have yet to see them not get what you need within reason. Service is usually quick and easy. I love dealing with these guys. To much to list but although there are other dealers in the area I always go back to these guys.”

“I went in just to look at an Audi R8 to get a better understanding of what that car really is. Without hesitation, Rich threw me the keys and said hop in check it out and I instantly knew my car search was over. I walked in around 3pm is and had my first supercar by around 6pm the same day. My kids were getting restless as they are 2 and 4 and Shelly calmed them down and entertained them while Rich got me taken care of. “We had a great experience. 2010 Ford Focus My husband and I were looking for a vehicle for my daughter, we saw when we like online and called to make an appointment to see it. My husband and daughter went to look at the vehicle and liked what they saw and had a nice test drive. They put a $500 deposit down and made an appointment with our mechanic to have looked at. They had no issues with us coming to pick up the vehicle and take it to our mechanic for a thorough checkup. Came back With a good mechanics report for the year and type of vehicle we were interested in and we continued with the purchase. They made it very easy For us to feel comfortable with them. I find it sad that most of these one star reviews on here are due to the fact that the buyer didn't do any due diligence in having the car checked out before purchase. That is the fault of the customer, not the seller. When you are buying a used vehicle, you know that they come with issues. Have the vehicle checked out before purchase.”

He also went through the whole car pointing out the specs and minor issues and showed us the carfax report explaining the car’s history. I really liked the customer service he provided. My son and I had been checking out other cars different dealers and their focus was asking how were we going to pay, if we wanted to test drive the car they asked for a license or joined us making us uncomfortable. He was so busy, but did check on my thoughts every so often, which is how I like to shop. When I was done I told him i preferred the 2020 GMC Sierra Denali, and I would be back to pick it up I'm the morning. “Edited: The buying process was easy and simple. However, I didn’t even have my SUV for 30 days and already had to use the warranty on it and pay out of pocket. What they don’t tell you is with the warranty, you still have to pay diagnostic fees, taxes, and they don’t cover anything extra. I didn’t even drive mine for 500 miles and it needed a water pump, which was covered by the warranty but NONE of the fluids or gaskets were. So while I didn’t have to pay the labor and parts portion; I still paid over $300 out of pocket. We had it for two days and replaced the blend door actuator ourselves because it blew ice cold air on the passenger side. When we contacted them, we got told the GM had been driving it with no issues. Extremely frustrating. I get I bought a used car but these were issues that should have been fixed before delivery to us. Wow, what can I say. I stumbled across this place by accident and I am so glad I did. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in 37 years! And I do a lot of car buying. I never stepped foot in this dealership or Even near it and felt like I had known Erica my entire life. The whole process was so simple and smooth. And they delivered it with a smile on their face. I’ve been a loyal customer to another dealer for 7 years and I do believe I just found my new place to buy from. Thank you for such a great experience!!!!!”
