Overall car was a 9/10, a couple of minor flaws, but what can you expect for a 12 year old german car? Purchasing was very smooth, in and out. Friendly people and not overly pushy. When I got my first oil change, my mechanic looked it over and it needed and couple of minor things, but overall great car and the experience was very pleasant! When buying a 10+ year old german luxury car (Audi, BMW, Mercedes), you need to know what you're getting into. They are very finicky and always require a little bit of love (and money). Now on the other hand, I bought a Bruno ASL-275 Out-Sider lift for my Jeep on their online store and that only gets a 2 star rating as I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for the lift to be delivered to the service dept. and this is unacceptable. The service dept. manager is working with me now to find out what's going on & I have faith she will do all that she can to get this finally moving forward. Bottom line. Buy from the dealership directly, do not buy from the online store, too much red tape apparently.”

“We had been searching for a Lexus GX 470 for some time and when one popped up nearby, I called N&N Auto Collection right away to see if it was available. Arman responded quickly and arranged the car for me to see even though he had sent it to get detailed. I met with him and he allowed me to take ample time to check out the vehicle thoroughly. I'm pretty mechanically inclined so I inspected the vehicle inside, outside, under the hood, under carriage, etc. I knew the common problems these vehicles had so I knew what to look for. Arman also provided me with the Carfax report which showed the vehicle's history. I liked what I saw and Arman had it priced very fairly. He gave me the total cost including the tax, tags, registration and I gave him a deposit so that I could get the certified check from my bank a couple days later. I came to pick up the vehicle with the check and he had all of the paperwork ready. Signed the paperwork and he handed me the keys. I was literally done in 5 min. If you're shopping for a car, I highly recommending doing your research and know what to look for. If you are not mechanically inclined, get a pre-delivery inspection done by a local mechanic and they will tell you the if the vehicles has any issues and what the overall condition is. I truly appreciate how professional and transparent Arman was and how quickly he communicated with me when I had any questions. I highly recommend N&N Auto Collection and would definitely buy a car from Arman again.”
