My service rep was friendly and polite, yet not overbearing. UPDATE: I came in for an oil change and Braeden greeted me like family. He helped me know what I needed to get done and outlined my next visit so I could be prepared. I always have a wonderful experience at Germain Nissan. I expected to wait longer, but was finished before I could even get into my work. UPDATE: I went in for general maintenance and got my car in and out in no time. I was able to get home in time for a zoom meeting. UPDATE 2021:I went in because my lease was ending and I needed a new vehicle. Steve Mendoza took time with me to find the vehicle I wanted. Being practical, I usually pick black vehicles, but this time I was attracted to the brilliant blue on the new Rogue. “For any who may be unsure of how this model might work out or question the responsiveness and just how tuned in thier customer service is, let me share my experience. First allow me to lay the ground work, I'm not stranger to subscription services as I discovered early on that this particular type of service was something tailor made for people like me; what kind of people you ask? Well I am the guy that can't get enough of new tech and automotive advances. I am the guy that frequently flipped his cars every couple of years, often to a point of 'loss' financialy just to stay in that shiney bleeding edge of automotive excellence. After moving to Fort Worth and discovering the subscription services that DFW had to offer I started investigating further. At the time I looked over Cadillac's, Audi's and what was at the time known as Park Place Select. I ended up going with Audi's offering at that time in light of the fact Cadillac had shuttered thier services and not being entirely sure that the Park Place model of operation and variety was what I really wanted. I stayed with the Audi Select program up until January of this year when the let us know that the Pilot was being discontinued. With this I decided to go with my original 2nd choice of Park Place to see how I like it - which I quickly found was no longer around under that name and had undergone a few transitations and refinements to become Avondale Select. I signed up with thier top tier offering and was immediate impressed with every aspect of the interactions. Where as many of the Audi's we had gotten were 2 years old on average and higher mileage in some situations, the car I started with from Avondale was a 21 model with less than a couple thousand miles. Not only that but it was optioned exceptionally well! I decided I wanted a more specific type of vehcile that might be a litter wider in the seat and reached out, they immediate turned around the next day and drove out to swap me to another equally incredible vehicle without hesitation! I ended up flipping vehicles easily 4 times that month, something I could have never done with Audi due to limitations. Each time I flipped they had to make a 40 minute drive to the house, yet never hesitated. The required no interaction from me - they checked every cranny of the car I had and transferred everything to the flip that they delivered, moved the cars around to park it in the driveway and they off they went. The only thing I ever had to do was leave the key in the cupholder for them in the driveway when they were expected. INCREDIBLE service every time! To really make it great, twice I was flipped into 21 model's that had less than 500 miles, one of which was actual just under 100 miles and still had the clear plastic covering over one of the clock gauges that I got to pull off - brand spanking new! So in short, I cannot rave enough about the cars, the service and support given (all super responsive regardless of App, Phone, Email, or Text interactions)! The one time I had a deep question that I really wanted some answer to regarding Avondale's overall direction and mode of operation, I was able to discuss with the services Program Director directly, candidly and quite honestly without a shred of doubt regarding his genuine wish to meet my expectations at every end! Five stars is not enough... If you have the means, you have the same yearnings for the best as I do, and you love the idea of being able to have someone that takes care of every aspect of maintaining your dream vehicles from services to keeping that perfect 'shine' - this is it! “I just wanted to share a little more about my experience with Don Hattan Ford. With my current 2015 F-150 having more than 300,000 miles on it, I started to search the internet since the local dealer I have used did not have what I was looking for. Looking for the right engine and style was my priority and with the low inventories around the country I was pleased to find what I was looking for only two hours away. While in the area on business I decided to drive to Augusta to take a look. From the moment I arrived it felt like home and when Leigh Fisher came out and greeted me, she welcomed me and I immediately felt like I was dealing with a friend.
