“Great service, my only complaint is the wait time. When I called to schedule an oil change/tire rotation, the receptionist said they had any time available. That lead me to believe I would be in and out fairly quickly. I even scheduled late morning figuring that would give time for all the early birds to clear out. I still waited over 2 hours for a usually quick service. Luckily, I had no where urgent to be and it was a beautiful day to sit outside and “pick out” my next Jeep. My service adviser, Kyle was great too! He was always smiling, kept me updated, and apologized for the wait. All in all, it was a good first experience at my new “home” dealership! Side note (I know fellow “non-maskers” will appreciate this): My favorite part of the whole experience was not getting mask shamed! Luis showed us the different models, was very friendly and patient, and very low pressure. We ended up ordering one because we wanted specific upgrades that weren't on the lot models. Luis walked us through the ordering process, and we placed the order with him. We really appreciated how Luis was straightforward and didn't play the "let me run that past my sales manager" game. We were also able to do things remotely which was a great help and let us avoid the drive to Jacksonville. Luis is also very responsive to questions and texts, that is very much appreciated. We just picked up the unit and we love it. Austin, our service tech did a great walk-through with us too, kudos to him also.
