“Long story short, Paul saved my week long family vacation!! True Story... On the last day of our vacation with just hours before checkout we discover our car will not start. Not just any car...a Yukon XL Denali...All Wheel Drive. It's a big car is the point. Just so happens that we are also parked on the 5th floor of a parking garage in a little bitty spot. After calling another highly rated towing service, twice, & waiting over two hours for them to show we decided that it would be best if we flew home. So we did, not and easy decision but with three kids, no place to stay or go because at that point we were checked out & quickly loosing daylight. We called & Uber, booked five tickets and left Florida around five with nothing but a carry-on and a backpack. All was not lost though, with about a half-hour before boarding our plane, I stumbled upon Paul's company, AMP Towing & Recovery. I read some of his reviews and gave him a call. After explaining my unique situation to Paul, I asked him if this was something he was capable of doing. He assured me that he was up to the task. Again, Yukon XL Denali, All Wheel Drive tucked into a tiny parking spot on the fifth floor of a parking garage. The garage height clearance was eight feet. Since the car is All Wheel Drive it had to be placed on dollies and pushed out of the parking spot before it could be towed slowly back down a narrow parking garage. The point is this was not easy to do! After talking through the details with Paul we decided the best time for him to try and get the car was nine in the morning on a Monday and for him to then drop the car off at a local GMC dealership. I can't even explain the relief I felt knowing that this situation was being handled and that I could go back to my family and salvage our family vacation with the kids first airplane ride. Thank You Paul for doing what you said you were going to do.”

They were very friendly, and unlocked the van for us to look at. They told us we could look at it, and test drive it, and if we had questions let them know.
