“Showed up within 5 minutes of closing with a loss of power issue. They told us they couldnt get to us until Monday morning. They aloud us to park near the building and plug into an outlet for power. But the service manager Joe took care of us. He got his technician Ray to look at our truck on Saturday morning even though they were technically closed for service. We were out by 12. All around great service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just dont go in with an attitude and they will treat you with respect and with great service. “This place is a hidden gem. I hadn’t thought of calling them at first but as I was closing out a deal elsewhere, I decided to call. Roseann took my call and we had negotiated a prices after 2-3 email exchanges in the matter of 2 hours. Then Mark closed the deal via email. Lastly Yul went over the paperwork with me and spent all the time I needed to get adjusted to the car. What a great team effort and I am so happy with the experience. Many dealers still think the strategy is that you have to get the customer in to share pricing. The reason I went with this place is because they were not hesitant to send an estimate via email right away and even revised via email. It’s 2019 and we are going to have to close things fast and not in person. I started my transaction at 9 am, sent 5 emails and my car and paperwork were ready before I even got out of work.
