Some of the bad reviews have to do there only being one staff member at this location. This is true and due to the fact it is a relatively small Hertz operation. You may have to wait a bit or call back if the attendant isn't at the desk, but this wasn't an issue for me.”

“Normally I prefer to rent with National due to their corporate rates and rental benefit options (eg Free extra drivers). However, I did encounter a customer confusion issue at desk due to a much higher changed rate that I was not notified in advance of. I will say once explained that it was due to a change in corporate rate of a big blue corporation that stopped this business with them, that this was an anomaly. My rental was completed prior to the corporate change (my original rate was honored) without follow up to these effected rental customers. Otherwise, I have been very pleased with National and would prefer to stay with them but have to now see cost change differences.”

They couldn’t call me to inform since the website didn’t update my phone number on the booking. Gentleman at the office was helpful he arranged a car I had booked at another location and dropped me there to pick the car.”
