“I was heading down to Memphis Tennessee from Cleveland Ohio when I heard a scraping under the front of my car. I pulled off of I-71 to investigate and found that the splash shield had partially detached. After my moment of panic, thinking that I wouldn't get out of southern Ohio, let alone to Memphis before the end of the day, I called the closest repair shop available. Unfortunately they were too booked up to take me in, but they did recommend HP Automotive. I called them and was told to come in. Almost immediately after arriving they had my car up on the lift and fixed the splash shield within 15 minutes. I was amazed and so grateful for their service. Simply amazing work and amazing people. I'm happy to report that I made the rest of the trip to Memphis and back to Cleveland without a single car problem. Thank you all SO much!”
