“I was completely spoiled by the amazing service I received here!! I originally called due to some issues with my generator. Late at night my generator wouldn't start and I was unable to charge my house batteries. In the morning, I started calling looking for assistance. RV Solutions was the only place to answer. I was told that they would be able to send Bryce to come look at it. Bryce arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did everything he could to get the generator running but it was throwing some type of code. He assisted to getting my class C plugged into an external plug for the house (which I hadn't done before) and told me to call back to the shop to schedule a day to remove the generator so they could fix and then re-install it. Before leaving he even killed a giant wasp after I screamed and backward ran across the driveway into him. When I called to schedule the appointment, they completely worked to accommodate my schedule. The day of, my engine wouldn't start. I tried to jump start it but was not successful. I called the shop to tell them I would be late and ask for any suggestions on what to do. I got to talk to Bryce and he told me what kind of jump box I needed and what size jumper cables I needed. Once I picked them up, I was able to start the engine and head to the shop. I work overnights and was at the shop during my typical naptime. They were very accommodating to allow me to sleep in my rig while the generator was removed. They even took a look at my battery with the issues I had that morning. I'm not sure how long the removal took but when I arrived I told Teia what time I would sleep until and it was done by the time I woke up. When I returned for my scheduled appointment to reinstalled my generator, we discovered roof damage. When I was being directed to drive in reverse (where I was staying in Covington not at RV Solutions), a basketball hoop scrapped my roof. From the side, it looked like minor damage but once Caleb was up on my roof, it was obvious that this was a big deal. With rain predicted that weekend and me being a full-time turtle, RV Solutions knew it would cause more damage for me to be out in the open, so they allowed me to mooch dock where my roof would be covered and I was hooked up so that I could enjoy air conditioning in the humid Louisiana air. Getting approval from my insurance took longer than expected but I NEVER felt like I was unwelcomed here. Everyday, they were happy to give me rides to the gym and insisted on picking me up. It didn't matter if I wanted to get ice cream after a workout or needed to go to Office Depot to print, they were happy to help me. Late one night while I was there, I heard a noise. I text Teia and within less than 10mins, Bryce was there to walk the lot, ensuring all doors were locked and that I was safe. Once we had the approval from insurance and I had a proposed date that I needed to leave, they rush to get my roof completed so I could get to KY on time. Teia even followed me on Waze to ensure I arrived safely. I have never heard of a service place providing NEARLY the level of customer service that RV Solutions did for me and they have definitely set a high standard for any place I visit in the future.”

“I went in there to get a flat fixed this week and honestly thought I would be told that I needed a new tire. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning online which was very easy to do. To my surprise they fixed the flat and I didn’t need a new tire and they didn’t charge anything! Pretty amazing. “If you want a hard worker, honest, and reliable service; M&M is all of the above. I had to get another mower service person to work on my mower while M&M was out due to surgery and the new place charged me an arm and a leg. They didn't even do what was stated they did, like changing belts, blades, oil filter etc. We know this because after returning to M&M when we heard he was open, everything he replaced and serviced summer before was still same as when he did it. You can't buy his products around here so we knew the other place royally lied to us. M&M will tell you if he is behind or how long it will be before your equipment is going to be ready before you either "drop it off" or "he picks it up." Once in his possession; you've agreed to wait and be patient. He does have a day time job as well. So for the review below, I know what was said is false. I myself have sent a few customers his way and each even said he was upfront on when he could get to their property. If you read the fine print on hours, he doesn't even open until 5 pm during the week. We support you M&M and will not take our equipment anywhere else. Keep up the great work!! About 3 years ago I installed some custom wheels on my truck & have replaced tires about 4 times i have always struggled with other shops they just don't perfectly balance the tires i have wide tires 33x12.50r20 and after I hit 50mph my truck starts to shake like crazy because of badly balance tires. I talk to the guys about the issue & they did a magnificent job the 1hr trip back to fresno was extremely smooth no shaking at all.
