I recently blew a tire a half mile down the road and then found out that the lug wrench I had was faulty. I was not close to a store, and the closest person I could call to come help would have been an hour away. I called Pro Automotive on a whim to see if they would be willing to help me out with a wrench. They didn’t hesitate and sent someone immediately who helped with the tire. After the assist, I drove to the shop. I needed new tires - which they gave me a generous offer on. They are honest, altruistic, and extremely professional in my experience.
