“***I had the BEST TIME at the tire shop!*** Aside from the click-baity headline, manager Marco and awesome CSR Tito made my DAY! Tito greeted me first at the front desk with his friendly nature and chilled demeanor. Buying a whole set of tires is not easy for everyone, I mean the cost is a lot, but TITO! He came THROUGH! He assessed the type of terrain I’d be roughin on my daily and he gave me the top option. I appreciate his work ethic being excellent, then I have him the price range I was hoping and he gave me the best for what I needed. Yeah, the wait can be long, but they keep the lobby so clean and chill. It was climbing to 101 outside and it felt 66 in the lobby. Manager Marco and Tito are so friendly, they keep the atmosphere fun and relaxed. Tito also let me know my brakes needed changing soon. Tito also let me know that I should get my tires rotated within six month and with the lifetime warranty, it’s FREE! Ooops! Sorry if I wasn’t supposed to put you on blast, Tito! Anyway, if you gotta get tires or got anything going on with your vehicle that needs checking, this is where it’s at. Keep yourself from a sour mood and go to Marco and Tito. (I’m gonna copy this over to Yelp because the world needs to know!)”
