“in reguards to classicdieseldesigns, as a guy who runs a pizza places and entire job is based around customer service i have never experienced better customer service or patience before. i am a person who has 1000 questions and zero confidence i just kinda force myself to do things and am very detailed as to not mess up wes sat on the phone with me for 40 minutes with questions for the harness and my ignorance of this motor and more specifically there gas tanks, turbo, wiring on the harness(mines got 4 different trucks (both gas and diesel)), brakes etc even though it had nothing to do with the glowpug harness being sold, thats what you call going above and beyond. thanks to them i dont feel lost in oblivion trying to figure out things and i couldnt thank them enough. my entire experience is self taught just first year of mechanics school and most my experience is 80's motorcycles and 90's gasser cars so these idi's are a learning expierence im getting off topic... point being is i can be hard to deal with bc i ask 800 questions that are all over the place and he had the patience to sit and talk with me calmly to the point of my question keeping me grounded and friendly to boot its like dealing with your favorite uncle is the best way to put it takes you from frantic and confused to ive been doing this for years with just intelligent calm conversation. thanks again guys look foward to getting the new glow plug harness”

I find all these reviews kinda similar and I'm skeptical but willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, first. It's important for me to get the absolute best and most affordable service around so before I take my white 2014 Dodge Caravan to get fixed it's nice to know what people are happy about and with the same kind of average or lower quality auto fix-it shops around (and with lower review ratings) I want to have a better above and beyond experience just like them. “Can't recommend Home Run Rock Chip Repair enough! We had a pretty decent sized chip from a rock kicked up by a semi on the highway. The rock actually hit twice, causing two solid chips right next to each other. I found Alfred through a google search, seeing great reviews on his work. He was prompt in getting back to me, had me send pictures of the damage, and then called and gave me a thorough explanation of what he'd be doing, and the pricing I would expect. He came out two days later to repair the cracks. I ended up unexpectedly having to switch repair locations on him, and he was beyond kind in handling my last minute change. During the repair, he walked me through each step of what he was doing, and how it was repairing the glass. The repair took about 30 minutes, and his pricing was extremely fair. Alfred gives a great guarantee on his work, and lets you know that he is available if anything happens to the chip down the road. So glad that we found Home Run Rock Chip Repair!”
