“A while back I came into the Cambridge store with a brake line failure. Well, the end of winter is especially tough for me. I'm a small business owner and receive a limited amount of business during the winter months. Finances become extremely tight. I was attempting to make do with what I had on hand for a replacement line and was having issues flaring the end. I've worked with Ernie in the past I know he knows his stuff and asked if he was willing to give me a hand. Ernie went well above the call of duty to make sure my family and I left in a safe vehicle. And ill be forever grateful. For ernies diligence as well as being a good father. As the time ticked away gentleman was standing at the counter with me patiently waiting to speak to Ernie. And was helping to keep my 9-month-old baby girl entertained while we tried make the repair. The two had few words and the gentleman left. Only to return a short while later and walk to the back room to talk to Ernie and as he walks back out he pats me on the shoulder and says."don't worry ernies gonna get you taken care of" and walks out the door. Ernie reappears with the proper line and a temporary plug which i could not afford and before I could say a word he proceeds to tell me that gentleman was his son and the parts were paid for. The lord works in mysterious ways and I truly believe that was a God at work. I cannot Thank you two enough for your kindness and willingness to help me out!”

Replacing both passenger doors, the passenger rear quarter panel, the rear bumper, and repainting both left and right sideskirts and mirrors... with brand new paint on the entire right side, rear bumper, and the left mirror and sideskirt needing to match the 22 year old paint on the rest of the car, this was nothing short of a monumental challenge. There is a small seating area inside the shop where you can wait while your car is having its test done. “They replaced my transmission with a Jasper rebuilt transmission and fixed a bad oil leak. We had a trip scheduled and they got it done in time. It worked perfectly, traveled about 800 miles. They also got me new tires installed when they got the frontend aligned locally. Got all this done at a great price! They were very nice to deal with even meet me after hours to pickup my vehicle. “I purchased an older model trailer 20ft long 10ft tall enclosed cargo trailer and I have been using it for about five months and I blew a hub. Got a good price on the trailer but after blowing that hub and getting stranded on the side of the road I felt the need to have the whole thing inspected top to bottom!! From start to finish from office to mechanic everyone was great! Communicating well with me the entire time and the trailer was only in for a few days. They fix the flooring that was coming up, they fix the door springs and cables, brand new coupler, brand new tires, replace all the old outdated brake lines and more. They did a very thorough job and I couldn’t be happier from service to price the amount of work to get done that quick was amazing! Top-notch! I will be bringing my vehicles and trailers to them from now on and nobody else! Thanks again guys amazing work!!!”
