After two horrible experiences at Zimbrick Honda, I decided to take my car to Ernie to fix the problem Zimbrick Honda claims did not exist. I thought I was losing my mind, but an engine is not suppose to make that shrill of a noise when the RPM increases. I will be taking my car back to E&S Auto Repair from now on for EVERY REPAIR.”

I was informed by a co-worker of what was being touted as an excellent place to get my vehicle fixed. I trusted my friend and went to this particular place of business and the mechanic cited the problem, with expeditious expertise. And resolved the issue for much less than the $1200 + dollars that I had already put out patronizing other businesses. Like Batista's and other virtual chop shops! Being terrible with names, I can't recall the mechs name, but I would recommend Troy's, because my friend did not steer me wrong.”

I travel all over for work so it’s difficult to book appointments; they got my new windshield delivered in a reasonable time, same day, and installed while a waited. Also they have a comfortable couch and television for those who are waiting.”

“God bless this man and business! Our car fell into the ditch right in front of the store. I’m not sure if he called someone or the right person with the right truck just so happened to come there but they helped us get our car out of the ditch. The pumps were empty but the big tank to refill came about 30-45 mins later. While we waited he gave us some free water and made conversation with my dad. Even while the store wasn’t doing great he was a friendly courteous person. Aight but getting to the business; the store is well organized and clean. The mens bathroom was closed so everyone used the womens bathroom. The womens bathroom toilet is a bit small and low but not much to do about that. They had a hot cocoa machine which was honestly prty good, it wasn’t hyper sweet like other stations make it. We also came at night so the big coffee machine was turned off. Also did I mention even after the store closed he allowed us to stay there and wait. And yes I am biased but I think my review stands. When we went there was only the owner there im not sure if that other manager is still there.”

“Came here to try and resolve an issue with my Frieghtliner Cascadia. I was passing through jersey I looked on Google and went with the best reviews .. was not disappointed before going there I called and spoke with the young lady at the front office (She was amazing giving me feed back on what the issue could be .. you know 99% of the time you call a truck stop and it’s a female she will just direct you to a tech asked them a question and they don’t know anything ..ijs). I swung by the shop with my trailer which was big for me because you have dealers that won’t let you come with trailer love that convenience. I explained the issue and love how they diagnosed several areas and found two potential problems replaced them and it definitely made a huge difference. I will definitely bring my truck here moving forward if I’m in the area or neighboring states. The CEO (the gentleman in the other office ) forgive me I’m bad remembering names was incredibly cool (talk about hospitality) hands down the entire crew made me feel like family. An experience at a shop that I have never seen or experienced until I came to Jersey Truck Repair”
