“On a warm, sunny Sunday afternoon Jiffy Lube in Addison was very busy. I pulled in behind the bay and was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young lady who asked what service I needed for my car, and gave me an estimated time wait. I actually got in earlier than I expected, and was taken care of by Carlos who had a good personality and helped select the proper oil for my car, when finished he doubled as the cashier, and promptly cashed me out.
