I’m giving them 5 stars because everyone I worked with went above and beyond to make things right and to insure we were able to have the service. They were kind and professional and very sensitive to the emotional needs of our family. They’ve recently updated the chapels and they are very elegant. “I had no problem with the burial (hence the 2 stars) but am having concerns with having my husband's marker inscribed. We have been promised several times that it would be taken care of...by Mother's Day, then Memorial Day and now Father's Day. I stopped in this Saturday and spoke with someone who gave me several excuses and then told me "there are others who are waiting longer than you." This is certainly something you DON'T want to hear when you are grieving. I understand stuff happens but this is ridiculous! PLEASE just get it done. Update: Contact with the right person at the cemetery and corporate office has yielded positive results. My husband's marker has be inscribed and they even sent me a picture of it. Thank you for the follow up. This was a ray of sunshine. I updated the rating as well.”
