“I come to this AMPM often specifically because of Ana! She works the morning shifts and not only is she the sweetest, most caring woman I’ve ever met but she is such an incredibly hard worker! Every time I come in she is working hard, setting up the morning coffee and food, ringing up customers and always with such a great friendly attitude! She even comes in on her days off just to help out other employees! I want the managers to know how lucky they are to have Ana working for them! It’s so hard to find good customer service nowadays and that’s why I go out of my way to shop only at this AMPM, because of Ana!”

“Wow, what a great store, especially for a small town. You can get whatever you need, literally. Lots of fishing supplies, camping, and whatever you are looking for, I’m sure you will find it here. They even have a great little cafe, with killer food. Prices are all reasonable as well. The staff are all very nice and helpful. My new go to store here, while visiting horseshoe bend. “This store is convenient and a fun place to shop. The employees are always kind, polite, helpful, informative. It is the only store one can find the Simply Soft Nivea lotion, which is fantastic. My favorite medium tip gel pens are sold at Dollar General. My favorite store brand lavender vanilla dryer sheets are sold only here, and they are the best! This store carries school supplies, pet supplies, pharmacy items. It carries all sorts of canned goods, and has an excellent selection of greeting cards and notecards. The clerks are always social and polite and will tell you which items are better than others. The store hours are convenient as well.”

“I have lived by this Walgreens for 4.5 years. 1st off, I really love one of the female pharmacists here. (For those that see the complaints, Call on Sunday morning to get who I am talking about!) Despite being the messenger for Big Pharmas issues, and regularly taking the heat for something she has no control over— she is always willing to talk and explain what’s actually going on! I can’t imagine being as kind as she is, while working in this industry right now. Yet she is. This store has always had incredibly helpful associates. I’ve had some even dig in closed restock boxes to look for a specific cough drop for me, inform me of special sales on wine/goods, and just over all enjoy coming to this branch. I feel it’s always well stocked and the atmosphere seems pleasant for clients and staff. Now, I absolutely refuse to use the Walgreens app, specifically for pharmacy related things/ stock qty etc. However, I don’t feel a rating for this location— Should reflect the amount of flippancy the Walgreens corporation took when creating their application. I also will say, due to the time we live in, we have massive shortages for medications. Gas is high- delivery drivers can’t afford gas, all of those things play a huge role on wether or not a medication is in stock. Not to mention, controlled substances have a whole extra set of rules we don’t know about ….that pharmacists have to follow. These factors are frustrating, but I also will not include in my rating of the service here since it is completely out of their control. I hope this location continues to educate their pharmacist technicians how to talk to customers with helpful reasoning and guidance. It makes a huge difference!”
