Don't be short a few pennies short! They also refuse to take mobile app coupons because they claim they aren't set up to take them. They won't accept credit or debit cards for transactions under $5. In short, the customer is always wrong! But the prices are good. So, you decide if the savings is worth the inconvenience !Note: This Store is now called Discount Beer, Wine and Tobacco. “When I stopped here, I was having a horrible day due to one thing after another going wrong. However, these guys were so kind and friendly, they actually put a smile on my face and I ended the day on a good note. It’s amazing how just smiling and being kind to someone can go a long way. They have sufficient parking, a CAT scale, showers with nice hot water and good pressure, laundry, and a nice little restaurant. The store also has some pretty neat and cool things. This one is definitely going on my favorites list even though I don’t come through here that often. I’ll remember to always stop here just for the fun of it whenever I come through.”

“Y'all know I love my KT!!! Stopped here on today to fill up (missed stopping at Sam's Club when I left home!) Gas is expensive everywhere so not even complaining about that! My 2 yr old gran baby literally bulldozed thru the whole store, bumping into folks and on a mission. People were so friendly and didn't complain. The employees all seemed happy and communicated well with each other. No beer cooler, which surprised me. But, checkout was awesome. The clerk was patient with us when the gran baby had to control inserting my card. 🤣🤣 #toddlersaredictators Thanks KT, New Richmond. You killed it! 😍”

“I am a secret shopper, the store is generally clean any time I come in, smells nice in the vestibule, the overnight shift staff are very friendly, maybe even more than day shift. Everyone is pretty helpful, chicken seems to be freshest either during the morning shift or overnight. Only issue I have is the men's bathroom can be disgusting. They usually in stock for all their inventory. The floors and tables always look clean honestly. I have to say this store is definitely a better Royal Farms than most. Hope they keep it up!”

“I was exhausted when I checked in to My Place. I had never heard of this chain but found out that they are not connected to any of the major hotel chains. The person at the front desk got me checked in as quickly as possible and even left a note for me to have a late checkout. The room was clean. The soap dispensers were full and the soap smelled amazing. The bed was comfortable and I loved that I was able to adjust the temperature to a comfortable sleeping temp. I did not take advantage of it but I saw pictures that you can order breakfast and it will be delivered to your door. There were lots of choices. The location is close to the airport and the rate was extremely reasonable. I would 100% stay here again.”

Prices are different than other dollar stores, in that most things cost more than a dollar (up to $15 or more for some things). The selection, however, is much larger and you'll find an interesting blend of items in all price ranges. The store is large and every aisle is packed with items, but everything is well organized and not messy like most dollar stores. The employees were great and very friendly. Overall, very interesting take on the dollar store.”

I used to live in this Area & Moved away to Florida for the last 12 Years+, & I used a Walgreens there(FL), & I just moved back up to this Area & this Walgreens Staff at this store made my transition so easy, which means a lot, because of my Neurological Diseases & disorders (Arnold Chiari Malformation/ Syringomyelia Etc) it causes difficulties in my life ....So it was soo nice to see this Walgreens staff be so friendly & accommodating, & being extremely helpful, while I go through this difficult transition ( Moving & getting my new healthcare providers set up while transitioning from Providers)...I highly recommend this store, they are very friendly, helpful, informative, & treat you very well.. which means a lot, especially when you are disabled... thank you again to this staff”
