It’s been quite some time since I have been to a dentist and felt apprehensive and a little embarrassed about the condition of my teeth.. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and were compassionate about my fears. My technician Katrina was absolutely amazing and explained everything in detail so I understood what was happening and why, Dr.Chang was knowledgeable and patient. “I have been a patient of Northland General Dentistry pretty much since I’ve had teeth lol. Unfortunately, due to my lack of adulting responsibility i neglected to go in for a cleaning for … “awhile”. I had a paranoia induced tooth emergency from an instance that happened at work and they got me in within the next two days to check my tooth and concerns. They also managed to get me in a couple days after that appointment for a routine cleaning. Considering my dental insurance from my parents is up next week due to my age , I really appreciate Dr. Kim and RDH Rachel (as well as the receptionist)for going above and beyond to get me scheduled and ease my concerns within a timely manner. RDH Rachel also gave me tons of resources for other concerns from my visit which was appreciated. My parents are patients also and we’ve used them for orthodontist procedures as well. Really great people work here and they truly care about your dental needs/concerns. Hopefully I can get some new dental insurance and see you guys within six months lol..thanks again!”

“Dr Foto is a life saver! What an incredibly talented, intelligent, down to earth and kind man! His hardworking, 24/7 front staff took my desperate phone call on July 3rd when my 12month old fell and cracked her front tooth in half! We were so worried and needed an emergency visit. I was instantly calmed by them and they set up a visit for the next day on the holiday to see her! He literally came from the airport after a 15 hour flight, picked up by his receptionist/ hygienist, and brought straight to the office to assess her, wow! I couldn’t have been more grateful. The Doc laid out all the options and made sure we were a part of the decision process that would be the least invasive and most helpful for our scared little baby. My other daughter even came to the follow up appointment and they were so good with her while she waited for us to finish up. They really made the entire process so easy and we have all the confidence in the world she got the best care she could’ve received. We are forever grateful for this office and for turning this experience into a positive memory!”

“I am new to the area and took my son to another dental practice because of they were close and there ratings were high, big mistake! My son needed immediate dental care and after a month and a half, his surgery kept getting put off and he was in pain. I finally decided to inquire about another practice, my family member who is in the dental industry but to far away "Highly recommended Laurel Lake Pediatric Dentistry ." I called to set up my appointment and was greeted with a "I care as much as you do personality". After explaining the run around I've been going through after a month. I was given an appointment for the very next day as my son was in pain everyday and upon my initial appointment I was running a little late and they were closing within that half hour, Dr. Wilson waited and took my son right back, examined his mouth and immediately went to the front desk where the receptionist forwarded all my information right over to the surgery center, it was after hours mine you. The office staff was dedicated to getting my son relief. Dr. Wilson waited for a response and received one back a few minutes later. I was quickly informed that she could perform his surgery this coming Friday as long as his pediatrician gave me the ok. Long story short, the other office saw my son in pain, gave him some meds and sent me home, two days later I had to take him to the hospital, just to be told by the dental office he will feel better after the surgery, mind you it had already been a month and they quickly said we have to push the appointment for surgery out six whole weeks. That means my 5yr old would have to take moltrin everyday praying that works, that was the existent of it and everything stop from there! Thank God I found this office and I pray that it finds it way to your kids as well. I give them 10 plus stars. This will be my new dental office going forward.”
