“I don’t regularly write reviews, but I am so impressed with Bee Cave Orthodontics that I have to take the time to highly recommend them. I had braces 10 years ago and have had a permanent retainer. The glue unexpectedly broke off of one tooth that was holding the retainer in place and I needed it fixed immediately. I called several orthodontists in the area and was having trouble finding help. The professionals at Bee Cave Orthodontics saved me and were able to see me and fix my my permanent retainer flawlessly the same day. Everyone was so wonderfully kind and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They all seem to be taking after Dr. Thor's demeanor by treating their customer with the utmost professionalism. Dr Thor actually listens to your concerns, she checks if you are ok during the treatment, not just once but often! She educate you on what is the treatment plan that is best suited for you. She even lets you know, that there could be, an additional cost, if you are opting for, a higher grade choice of crowns.
