Everyone was very welcoming from the front desk staff, dental assistant to the dental hygienist. The dentist filling in for the original dentist was also very professional and made me feel very comfortable. “My experience with Dr. Vanessa Dawson and her staff at Village Grove Dental was by far the best dental experience ever. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The staff are very friendly, helpful and personable. I had to get a filling and a crown yesterday on my second visit and I was blown away by how painless it was. I’ve gotten dental work before and it’s always been bad experiences but not with Dr. Dawson. She took her time, made sure I was numb and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. Her and her staff kept asking me was I ok during the procedure. Which I appreciated because all doctors don’t do that. They even offer warm blankets, TV and noise cancelling headphones to make you feel more at home.I got to watch one of my favorite movies while getting my teeth worked on. You can’t beat that! I can’t say enough about how great my experience was. But I will say this, if you are looking for a dentist, look no further. Dr. Vanessa Dawson is the one!”

“Dr. a and Bailey are amazing. Not only do they take their time to make sure you u sweat and every step but they also call / text check on you off hours and weekends. Dr A found out I was in pain from 4-6 am and told me never to wait again to call her. I have very high anxiety for all things and she set up a very comfortable and safe environment for me to be calm during IV sedation and some pretty intense work needed. She is a very calming force and I would trust my whole family with her and Bailey as well! We are so happy to have you here in Roanoke and know our community is going to be so blessed by having you here! Also, being right next to the smoothie place was a perfect first stop to finally get some liquid only food after fasting and surgery.”
