In the chair, the assistant tells me in advance each thing she’s going to do and ensures I am ready for it. When Dr. Trippel comes in she takes the time to explain what she sees in my x-rays and what she is going to do and gives me options where there are things I need to make choices about. I never feel pressure to do something And I feel like I am working with someone who wants me to be able to make well informed decisions about my dental health. And I am older, and I have had several crowns and root canals over many years.
