“So...I read all the reviews of this place and decided to go there when my daughter fell and hit her tooth. When I say these folks are amazing, I'm not overstating it. The moment we walked in, they greeted my daughter by name. The wait was very short and out came Ms. Yoyo. My daughter now refers to her as "mama love cake", because she is just that - super sweet, kind, and so good with children. She treated my daughter like a VIP and ensured that we had a wonderful experience the entire way through. Dr. Tran was completely thorough and was so kind (and funny) in answering all my questions. I'm still sort of in shock from how great the experience was. Every single person was not just kind, but friendly and warm, if that makes sense. “Ive been getting treatment here since february 2 2021 but have had a long painful experience with teeth since 2012 I just cant seem to get It right... I couldnt tell if its because I was without a home for years or If It was lack of hygiene... Its rather difficult to keep food fresh while living without a home... Most of your time is spent eating sugary starched packaged foods... You can only brush your teeth at a local park even if you have to use a grocery bag my advice brush, floss, mouth wash daily or else as you can see in these pictures posted suffer a significant amount of blood loss... Toppled with pain killers... Swollen Jaws & emergency hospital visits which ultimately wont help you much cause hospitals arent dentist & unless your teeth are going to kill you even then you may not even be treated by doctors... Dentist & Doctors have diffrent licences to practice therefore there is not much the emergency room can do but prescribe antibiotics & ibroprofen which even with that youll still feel tingling in the teeth must i mention without pain medicine the massive headaches that take place... Especially in the cold winter nights were without woolen socks & a blanket your teeth chatter... Last night i took a cold shower with water hose... Recently broke a piece of tooth from an unfinished root canal lacking a crown... Ouchhh! It really makes you question life... Like why i spent my money on things you dont need... Theirs a fine line between rich & poor... My life comes from poor backgrounds of gang related neighborhoods & single mother raising 2 boys... My best friends shot & killed with bullets... My car totaled by drunk drivers... Yet still that is no excuse to not save your money for dental work... Trust me id rather be homeless with a perfect set of teeth than be homeless with multiple cavities... Let me tell you before i got work done at this dental office i suffered tremendously.... Had it not been for Doctor Than Nguyen I would have a jaw the size of a baseball! His staff does solid work... The music of K Roq in the background is soothing... Lets face it... Dental work can be stressful & quite painful... Its not cheap... Especially if your insurance is low income... Even with medical they try to work with you... Words alone cant describe how much pain D.D.S Inc has saved me from! If you get a chance leave this office some thank you cards... They work hard... Doctor Nguyen is intelligent hes got surgical hands... When it comes to dentistry look for experience> over luxury... Sure this office is not the most advance or high tech but it is efficient! Unfortunately i wont be able to make thank you cards for this office but i will be able to have one of my artists from my network do so after my graduation from bootcamp... Till then... I give 5 stars 10\10 performance DONT FORGET TO BRUSH & FLOSS! DISINFECT YOUR MOUTH WITH WASH! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR HEALTH COMES FIRST!”
