“Custom Dental is great! The staff is amazing, however, they want me to fill out the same paperwork every 6 months even if nothing has changed??? But, I will say the Dentist and staff is great. I just do not like to fill out the same paper work every 6 months through text. If they just asked me some questions when I got there it would be ok.
