I'm very fearful of the dentist because of a bad experience I had as a child. I know, I should've out grown it but I haven't. “For about 9 months I had been dealing with tooth pain before finally giving in and having a root canal. I hoped that it would go away, used ibuprofen daily, and went to a couple of dentists to try to dissuade myself from having the root canal. I wish I had gone in sooner as the care and patience that Dr Shen and Jen was a godsend to this anxious soul! The amenities such as the chair and room were nice appointed and set me at ease. The team of Dr. Shen and Jen worked well together, not saying much, but understanding the process so very well, and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The receptionists were great and they were able to provide upfront pricing. Thank you, you folks are amazing!”
