“I’ve been going here for years. Like any business there’s a bit of churn and I’ve had good experiences and bad experiences. For example I’m just now finding out at an appointment for my son to get his cavities filled that he has an infection. My twelve year old said “the man” told her to tell me. After every appointment you are usually updated with information and my four year old having an infection should have been on the agenda. Other than this HUGE oversight the communication once an appointment is set is pretty good. Sometimes they are a little hard to get on the phone but I am thankful for longtime employees like Lisa❤️who can solve any problem that may arise.”

“This was our 1st time visiting Dunn Ortho. We were able to schedule a consultation for my son quickly and the same day of the consult, my son was able to get his braces adjusted and repositioned as he already has braces on from another clinic. Our treatment coordinator Renee was amazing and educating. I can tell Dr. Dunn is very particular and I love that! He actually sat and did an exam in the consult room and came up with the treatment plan. The assistant Marissa was awesome! She was very funny and my son felt comfortable with her.
