Dr. Ray Beshears and all his staff have provided our family with expert state of the art, comprehensive prophylactic dental services since the beginning of his practice in the 70's in Jamestown. I have had crowns over the years and all were perfectly and expertly done with no discomfort and I have never had a complication with them to this day. Today I was evaluated for periodontal disease, had a thorough routine dental cleaning as well as fluoride treatment. Brittany was my dental assistant today and was very gentle. I didn't even feel the gum evaluation. The staff has always been friendly, with individual personal and professional dental care. The entire office is beautiful from entry way lobby and into every dental treatment room. I always feel relaxed during every procedure and have never had any experiences over the years that were less than professional. I owe all my present healthy gums, teeth and smile to Dr. Ray Beshears and his professional staff. I 100% recommend this dental practice.”

“I am writing this 3 hours after surgery to place 7 dental implants all at the same time. (yes, today was the metal in-bone implants) I couldn't be happier. Dr. Shepherd, the complete staff; all professional wonderful people. If you are looking to get implants you have probably endured the anxiety and fear of choosing the wrong Dr. and have heard every imaginable horror story. This is a major life event, something you do not want to have go poorly. I spent a solid year researching and fearing the worst. Things change for me based on a recent referral and after in-depth research, I put my trust in Dr. Shepherd. One word: WOW. The extractions, the bone grafting and now the implants have all been much, much easier than my most optimistic expectations. Very mild pain, completely manageable, nothing like I was fearing. He only uses the best available implant material, latest procedures and backed up with implant pioneering experience. If you want the most professional, well prepared, and experienced Dr. for dental implants, stop looking, it's right here. I looked like a Hobo for too long. Team Advil? No more! “Today was my daughter's first time ever visiting a dentist. The experience from start to finish was phenomenal. When we arrived, from the time we completed the form and saw the hygienist, it was all of 5 minutes. The hygienist was very professional and attentive and thorough. The dentist was friendly and gentle and informative on pediatric dental hygiene. The assistants and receptionist were warm and friendly. I recommend this dental practice. The waiting room is beautifully decorated with a large screen TV showcasing children friendly programming. Again, I highly recommend this practice. 👌”

Candidly, it was more pleasant to have my extraction and implant done than a typical cavity/filling.
