“Front desk people are very unpleasant, but the doctors , nurses are excellent, wanted to thank one of the best nurse tech AMOR , she is absolutely amazing she took care of my kid even tho she was off the clock , she took extra time to take care of her. Front desk did not wanna check us in telling us to go sarasota memorial because they are closing, they close at 8 we got there 6:45 pm but she absolutely has nothing to do with us , even checked my daughter temperature saying she don’t have fever even tho she can see my daughter shivering and wrapped in heavy blanket Glad amor saw her on her way out . And took care of her, 102 something fever bad ear infection and throat infection that is why she’s having a high fever. Hope front desk people don’t do this to anyone ever again, she clearly wanted me to go home and saying my kid don’t have fever.”

He's unbelievably thorough, explains the processes very plainly, puts you at ease, tells you what he's seeing and what you need to do better, etc. The office staff are all good as well, but I haven't have much interaction with them because Dr. Patterson does most of the work himself, even cleaning! “I was in the area house/dog sitting for some friends and needed to get a check-up and exam. I just got new insurance so I searched the area for a location that accepted the plan and had openings. I was able to get an appointment a week out. I had bite-wing X-rays, full panoramic X-ray, and digital pics taken. I was seen by a hygienist, an assistant, and a Dentist. All were professional and personable. The dentist was a temporary one as he was covering for the main dentist who was away. Everything was excellent. From the front desk greeting, appointment setup and follow up, to treatment plan. I did not have actual work done as I will not be in the area, but they gave me a full plan to pass on to the dental provider who will be doing the work.”

“The Absolute BEST Minimally Preventive Visionary Dentist we have been to, thank the Lord! Dr Rainey stopped practicing in Corpus and we selected another Dentist-BIG Mistake! Returned after we realized how other dentists really are, so we now drive from Corpus to Refugio for any Dental cleanings, work, etc. I pray he keeps on keeping on because he does the air brush as much as possible on cavities, and is up to date on the latest techniques/technology of dentistry. He has patented cleaner water lines used for cleaning. During COVID he went to lengths unlike no other to keep his patients and staff safe. They sanitize the whole room with and even the air is flushed out by a fan. He will do second opinions and most of the time insurance will cover those.”
