But Dr. Hutchens and the entire staff at Long Beach Endodontix were incredible. They were all kind and courteous, check in was easy and swift, and they ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Mind you that I went during the midst of the ongoing COVID crisis - they took the utmost care to protect me and themselves by only allowing one patient in the office at a time, checking temperatures, requiring distancing and the use of hand sanitizer for everyone in the office. I felt safe and cared for here. The procedure was finished in just over an hour for a fairly complicated tooth. Dr. Hutchens made sure that I was in no pain and that I felt no discomfort after the procedure either. While I sincerely hope I do not have to return again, if I needed to, there is nowhere else that I would turn but here.”

“I have been going to Dr Puccio Jr for many years. I went to his father Dr Puccio Sr before that since I was three years old. I have many medical issues and severe anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr Puccio has always went above and beyond to address all my medical and anxiety needs. The staff has always been so supportive and caring. I know I am a hard case and not a very good patient, yet I am always treated with the upmost respect and care. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.”

“Great experience at the Adams Farm location! I am older & went for a consultation. Allie was very professional but also personable while taking my x-rays and pictures. She explained everything along the way. Christina was thorough in going over the paperwork & treatment plan & made me feel comfortable with any questions I had. Dr. Sam was super nice and very thorough in explaining what the options were in my case & giving the pros & cons of different treatments. “My Forever Smile in Troy is the best of the best. The staff is so loving and welcoming! Always greeting you, always have a smile and never once have done anything wrong. I just had my braces taken off and I can't stop smiling. I went to a different place before coming here and they wanted to charge me 4,500 for 4 years. I took my siblings advice (they also came here) and called them for an appointment. I was surprised by the price and put my braces on the same day! I had Dee work with me for 2 years and this lady is AMAZING!!! she is so loving, caring and most of all patient. I also had Merna work on me for little and she is hands down amazing. Everyone here is so positive and I recommend everyone to try this place out! Sad to say, after 2 years or so, my last visit was yesterday...”

“The journey is worth it! I have been seeing Dr. Hegyi for the past three years. I came to him and his office after many years of trying various dentists and evaluations for sporadic TMJ jaw pain. Dr. Hegyi and his staff were so patient and kind with me! They were up front about the treatment plan, what it entailed, what we would learn and the cost. I was able to get the appointments I needed during the times requested. Dr. Hegyi was patient and listened to my concerns when I shared my history and that I wanted to be as conservative as possible with treatment. I am so thankful that I found him and his staff - my pain has subsided and I consider the treatment successful after many years of frustration.
