“I am so happy with Dr. Moore that I don't have to be told to write a review. As a health professional, it made me so happy to find out that Dr. Moore follows proper Hand Precautions. What is the big deal? A lot. Not getting an infection is a big deal. Dr. Moore is the only doctor I know who sanitized his hand before and after gloving, and before and after touching a patient. Informed consent is very important to me. I want to know what I am getting into. He had shown a video about Extraction of Wisdom Tooth. Dr. Moore answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. He did not make me feel like I am asking a lot of questions. He had carefully reviewed my kid's medical and dental history. He evaluated the X-rays, my kid's teeth, and condition of heart and lungs. Finally, Dr. Moore is nice, kind, patient, sincere, and very personable.”

“This is the most beautiful office I have ever seen. The staff here is beyond amazing. Dr Carey is by far the best Dr I've ever met. I've had two experiences here to have molars pulled and words cannot express how kind and gentle they were with me. My procedure was done in the morning and Dr Carey personally called me at home to check on me that evening. Most Dr's would not call to check in and/or if they did, it would most likely be someone from the office and not the Dr. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group of exceptional people.”

“Update: It has now been a about 2 months under Dr. Kerr’s treatment. 4 root canal/repair treatments later and all is good. Dr. Kerr even observed something he did not like with 1 of the repairs and brought it to my attention. I did not notice an issue. He did some more repair. I just got the stiches out today. I would highly recommend Dr. Kerr based on his professionalism and the effort he puts into assuring the patient understands the risk reward with the procedure.”

“Wow! What a crew they have. I just resumed my treatments after the partial reopening. I was the only patient, I had my temperature checked, then hands sanitized, every one was in masks and all safety measures were covered. Bravo! I was only nervous about my procedure. But I just have to acknowledge the women and their such kinds words and professionalism. Although you all were so covered in masks, shields and I probably won’t recognize you again......you all were just terrific. Your team work, your attitudes and your little bit of humor always make me comfortable and I am so impressed. The receptionists at the front desk...always remember me and it’s like talking to friends. Of course the dentists themselves.......I’m so glad you both have wonderful caring hearts. Thank you for taking such good care of me.”

“What an awesome experience I’ve had here. From scheduling my first appointment to being seen by the awesome doctor the whole process really was just so smooth. I want to give a big shout out to Lo the hygienist. She was so nice and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. She was gentle,funny and I could go on for hours on how awesome she was. I couldn’t have asked for anyone else to clean my teeth today. From the kind women at the front desk, to the convenience of texting about appointments and actually speaking with a real person on the phone, to the grace when I was super late because I went to the wrong location, to the extremely kind and helpful hygienist, to the sweet and caring dr (Dr. Byrd). Ideal Dental of West Frisco went above and beyond to make my husband and I both feel welcomed, cared for, and at ease. They made special accommodations for my husband wheelchair, both upon entry and in the cleaning area, and made sure that he was totally comfortable for his appointment. I’ve never had such great care at a dental office. I can only hope that everyone has as great of an experience as we have had here today. My faith in humanity has been restored!
