“Came here to look for dress shoes for my daughter's homecoming dance and received excellent help from a specific man that works here. Upon coming in the store we started looking for the shoe department. As soon as this worker saw us he asked if he could help us find anything and directed us by walking us to that department. By the way, they were out of a lot of dress shoes at that time. Only one kind left and that's the one we ended up getting because they were beautiful. The man was walking by again and asked us if we were alright and had any questions. I asked if that was all the shoes they had and he explained why it was. He was very nice and super helpful. I appreciate stores that have great customer service and I try to continue shopping at. I would recommend this Kohls, but keep an eye out for dress shoes for women not being available or having very little to choose from. This just may be how this store is.”

The service they provided to me is so worthy of recognition, that I would be remiss not reinforce it with an online review. She asked me a bunch of questions about my hair before getting started -- which I appreciated since my hair is very tousled and not a lot of stylists know how to tackle a bed head like mine. I came in set on a color idea, but Ali gave me a color better than the one I had chosen before. I will definitely be returning in the future!”
