I don't live there but my young daughter does and she has very specific needs (think compound phqrmacy needs) AND she is always able to speak with Jordan and do a counsult in a prompt, patient and knowledgeable manner. She has been through alot due to her individual sensitivities to pharmaceutical and even though is is highly intelligent herself she cannot be her own doctor when situations arise and her health fails. She has high trust and confidence to call or speak with Jordan and his way of handling and managing the pharmacy and the rest of the pharmacy technicians and staff are superb, professional-high quality. “The demographics of Lake Nona certainly helps this store to appear much more elegant and tranquil. Customers here tend to be more friendly, less stressed and civilized. This also accounts for the service given at the pharmacy and the store as well. Instead of pointing out where an item is, the workers take their time to stop what they are doing and walk you to its location. They even showed me how to use the App to find items in the store which I found to be very helpful. It's never crowded and someone is always willing to help with anything you need. I don't think I've ever seen another Walmart where every employee is Kind and also smiling. I drive longer to this store only because the experience is pleasant.”
