If they no longer carry something they will tell you the best place to find what you are looking for. Very friendly personnel, who love to assist you. “If you still love the appeal of a large retail store then Boscov's is for you. They carry a great mix of better brand clothing and brands you might not be as familiar with. Since they are a full scale department store they carry everything from jewelry, china, shoes, intimate apparel, coats, handbags, candy. You can even get an eye exam and be sure to check out their furniture department. Yes, it's true, you will find many older people shopping there. But even as a department store, Boscov's somehow manages to match or beat those off price retailers we all know. So it could be worth your time.”

“Love Boscov's. It's a department store which is still family owned. They carry name brand designers plus, lesser known, and also older established designers. I've purchased items in many of their departments and have never been dissatisfied. In addition to clothing, there's housewares, furniture and bedding, children's, toys, garden center, jewelry, etc. I think they also sell appliances. They can't be beat with their prices or selection of curtains and drapery. There's gift wrapping, and layaway on most things. an in-house candy by the pound department, travel center, and "Auditorium" which sells discounted items that are always changing. Overall, the employees are the friendliest people in the retail business.”

“There is great clearance here and kitchen appliances. I love kohl's and my kohls credit card. Donna, the cashier, is so kind. She gave me advice about my kohl's card and how to get a new card. I was relieved that she didn't seem annoyed after I asked if we could find the card manually with my license because I didn't have my card. UPDATE: Diane is a very sweet cashier as well! She helped me today. I always feel good spending my money here. Diane treated me like a friend”

They upgraded recently to include a section of the store to HomeGoods, which has everything you would need for your home from furniture to cookware.
