The office itself is welcoming from when you first come in and the check in staff was extremely friendly. I had such a great experience with not only my nurse but also Dr. Torsone. Both were very personable, reassuring, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and the procedure itself was quick and easy. They not only talked to me about medical information but also were genuinely interested in my personal life. I had a pretty major neck wound in which I was going to need some home health care. The home health care thing never really got off the ground, so I was sent to Wise Healing Center. What a magnificent decision that was. From the moment I walked in, they took care of me. The check in process is seamless. Then you wait in a very comfortable waiting area but not for very long. They get you in quick. The nurses are great! They took very good care of me. Thank You Alison, La Reina and Big AL. You ladies are the best! And then there's Doctor Crabb. I couldn't ask for a nicer, more informative doctor. He explains everything in detail and really puts you at ease. I'm not big on going to the doctor. But I can tell you that I was at ease every time I went to Wise Healing Center. A great experience and I'm healed! I can't thank the staff enough. And there were others there too. Sheila, Toni, John...I hope I have the names right. So if you need any kind of wound care. This is the place to go. Really, it is. I'm so grateful. I'm not going to lie, I'm going to miss seeing them regularly too. They are such great people and do a fantastic job. They'll take care of you and get you well. “I went out of network to see Dr. Lee, therefore I had to pay a lot of out of pocket money for cataract surgery. All went well and the staff was outstanding and I was happy with the results. The facility was clean, they made me feel comfortable and I have no complaints about the procedures. However, after spending what I had to spend, I requested an itemized statement to see what my insurance company covered. I wasn’t expecting the surgery, so all I thought was, have an exam and get glasses and that would be it. From November until March I continued to request an itemized statement, which, legally, I’m entitled to. I show a balance and I’m not paying it until I see what it is I’m paying for. My next phone call will be to my attorney. I’ve wasted enough time on the phone.”
