“Wow! What a phenomenal first impression. I haven't been to the dentist in two years and I felt right at home visiting Trio Dentistry. From my first interaction at the front desk to each stage of my exam, everyone seemed very happy and pleasant to work with. I went in for an exam and taking my x-rays was extremely prompt. The Dental Assistant was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable during the process. Dr. Woo then examined me and was very thorough in documenting even the smallest of intricacies with my teeth ensuring we were set up for the correct type of cleaning. She answered any questions I had and helped me feel well informed about my teeth. Now luckily for me there was a cancellation for a cleaning for the time slot after mine and the team asked me if I would like to stay and get my cleaning completed on the same day! I said absolutely and the Dental Hygienist did the most amazing job doing a standard cleaning for me. I just took a look in a mirror and wow my teeth haven't looked this good in a very long time. Lastly in my first-time paperwork I completed online, I marked down that I wanted to look into getting braces. After inspecting my teeth the team at Trio Dentistry made an informed decision and referred me to a trusted Orthodontist! I was recommended Trio Dentistry by my sister and I am so glad I took her advice. I love how clean the office is, how the staff actually enjoy what they do, and how well taken care of I feel afterwards.
