“Covenant has been great! I'd used them before to help with issues on my old unit with which they were always immediate and on time or early with answering, returning calls and showing up. Generally they were able to help me just simply over the phone with most smaller issues. I had to finally replace my 22 year old unit a few weeks ago and decided to go with them for the replacement. As units are costly right now I decided to get 3 different quotes. One was a couple grand cheaper, one was about right at same price and ultimately I'm glad I went with Covenant. They were the only of the 3 companies to respond immediately, get the unit out a day later and have it installed, they offered financing and always answered my calls and questions. The other 2 companies never responded half the time and some companies I tried never even responded or never followed up. I have to say the customer service of Covenant is top notch and refreshing. The work they did was incredibly well done and everything looks professional and operates correctly! They also offer affordable maintenance care and great warranties. Thank you guys!”

After I realized youtube was not going to help me, I started looking for someone to help me out. The reason I went with ACE Electric after reading some reviews and figured I would give them a try. Unlike your cable provider or other services, Ray was great and showed up on time the first visit. Looked at everything and realized I did not have the right switches for what I needed. I ordered the parts and rescheduled the visit. Ray ran a little late, but called to let me know and arrived within the new time. When Ray arrived, he knocked out the install.
