“AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Smith & Keene is a top notch company! When our AC and heating system suddenly quit of "old age", they were quick (same day) to come out and diagnose the issue and make recommendations....and we were new customers. We had estimate for new system by end of day. SInce there was a heatwave coming and we had no AC, they provided two window AC units to use until the new system could be installed. Who does that anymore - we were blown away by their customer service from start to finish! The new system is in and the techs who performed the two day job were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. If you are in the market for AC or heating system replacement, do not look any further than S&K. Their pricing was half of what another "local company" would have charged for the exact same Carrier system. We've told all our friends about our wonderful experience! “Richard installed a whole-house surge protector and a wired video doorbell yesterday. He also converted fluorescent light fixtures in the garage to use LED tubes. The LED tubes provide a lot better quality light than the fluorescent tubes, and I am very pleased with the doorbell. The surge protector was the most important improvement yesterday. If you have a smart house without surge protection, then your house isn't as smart as you think it is. I have a dumb house, but it is smarter now.”

“Please allow me to tell you a true story. I married my husband my life partner on 1-11 we raised our 3 kids together ❤ we couldn't be happier. Kids started moving out, we sold the big house got us a dream log cabin..so every Sunday this was our go to place for 3 years .Me a peanut buster parffet and a banana split for my love. We had only been there 1.5 when my( our xabin) husband died unexpectedly on April 2019😢 I haven't been there since. But it was so hot I needed something quick. YAY DAIRY QUEEN As I pull up to the window. I am greeted by a woman ,I hand her my $ she hands me my parffet. Then a young man standing behind her is holding another parffet!and says how come there's 2? The woman then takes it and proceeds to give me the 2nd one. She said I don't know why I made 2.... I broke into tears.....I know it was my Robbie talking threw her, telling me he's always with me, I was inconsolable . She kept saying sorry because I was crying, I said Please don't Please dont. I showed her his picture i keep on my stealing wheel .. it's been 3 years but I have been grieving so hard for my husband of 30 years I developed CHF congestive heart failure Aka the broken heart syndrome 💔 I plan on going to get my parffet on Sunday❤ Service is heavenly sent 😉”

They arrived on time both days, were extremely friendly, respectful, and thoughtful throughout their time here, and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. They kept me informed throughout the process and allowed me to contribute to installation decisions as they arose. They scheduled a large crew to speed up the installation and make sure it was done in two days as promised. I was very impressed with the number of skilled technicians that contributed, especially as compared to a previous company who did similar work many years ago and sent a single person to do the entire job. I was also very impressed with the crew's knowledge about building codes and regulations that affected the installation. It was clear that they are well trained and experienced. “At 5:45 pm, there was a loud pop and we smelled smoke in the basement coming from the panel box. We turned it off and called Kolb. Gerber came out about two hours later and told us we would need to replace the panel. He gave us the name and number of his manager and told us if we hadn't heard back by 9am, to call to ensure we were on the schedule as we didn't have electricity at all. The following day Gerber and Izzy arrived at my home and did a spectacular job replacing the panel, vacuuming up the mess AND FILLING IN THE DRYWALL. I have NEVER had an electrician who did that for us. Will be using Kolb for all our electric from now on. Thank you Gerber, Izzy and Kolb for getting us power back.”
